William Rothwell has been a part of construction for more than 50 years. Bill's interest in design and fine homebuilding started in his teenage years when he worked as a laborer for his father, "Bud Rothwell" - also a building contractor in the Irwin/North Huntingdon area. Bill Rothwell's dedication and experience continues today. Rothwell Builders, Inc. is currently designing and building
residential houses with amenities that attract the attention
of home buyers seeking a residence offering features
that are unique and compatible to their

Bill Rothwell believes that daily involvement
is required at the building site.
- First, to guarantee the
home buyer will be the recipient of a professionally
engineered and constructed house utilizing time-tested
knowledge and current technological advances.
- Second, to show all the
vendors and sub-contractors that Rothwell Builders
wants a working environment in which all persons are
excited and proud to be a part.
- Third, since each home
is different than the previous one, it takes attention
to detail which is provided by field personnel supervisor Tim Jennette.
- Fourth, the coordination
of product and color selection is equally important.
This phase of the building construction is aptly handled
by our Design Coordinator Mary Lou Triggiani Rothwell.
